To return or exchange an item(s), please contact our customer service for instructions via customerservice@acomplete.com or (888) 260-3173Monday through Friday from 9:00am -11am or  from 12:00pm- 5:00pm EST. You can return the item with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date.  Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns and exchanges made within 30 days of original purchase date. 

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged. 

Refunds

If you decided that you want a refund within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund of your purchase to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process. A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received, shipping charges are not refundable

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be refunded.

Lost Packages

A package is not considered lost until 14 business days after the ship date. Unfortunately, we must wait until after this period has passed to file a claim with the shipping company.  A replacement order will be placed and re-shipped.

A Complete accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards with US billing addresses.
