Do The Harder Tasks In The Morning

Take a Full Lunch Hour

Many people work right through lunch. Don’t be one of those people, if you want to stay committed to your job. Studies have shown that people who are able to take full breaks tend to be more productive workers. The solution is to get out of your desk space for your lunch hour. Even if you bring lunch, leave the office for a bit and walk down the street to a local park or coffee shop to have your break. This might seem counter intuitive to your productivity, but it can be beneficial to ask for help when you need it. When you feel like your productivity is lagging behind and you don’t have much left to give, it’s time to bring in the reinforcements.
